The new Lowell Trial Court is an energy efficient courthouse overlooking the historic Hamilton Canal. A Law Library/Court Service Center and an office space for the District Attorney and Registry of Deeds are included in the complex. The new building replaces a leased facility and 2 outdated state-owned courthouses.
